The market was super competitive the first time I purchased in South Tampa in 2015 and even more competitive and ultra fast paced when purchasing this time around in Lutz in late 2021. When we came upon this decision, we started with several sub-areas in the greater Tampa Bay, primarily because my wife has family in the area. I reached out to several realtors that concentrate in the general area. Of all the realtors that seemed anxious to help, Eric White stood alone in providing us with the most tools for us to search and locate the proper house.
