"My wife and I decided to leave the Metro Miami - Dade area for the Sarasota area. When we came upon this decision, we started with several sub-areas in the greater Tampa Bay, primarily because my wife has family in the area.
I reached out to several realtors that concentrate in the general area. Of all the realtors that seemed anxious to help, Eric White stood alone in providing us with the most tools for us to search and locate the proper house. Other realtors provided what they thought we might want but they didn’t know us and hence their listings were limited by the agents themselves. At the time Eric didn’t know us either but he didn’t allow that to limit his assistance. Every possible listing within our parameters came to us in real time. Because of the length of time our Miami sale took, our search evolved slightly. Eric noticed this evolution through the notes I sent on various listings. He was very quick to notice and respond to our requests, needs, and communications. He was very determined to assist us in finding our new home and moving us into the next phase of our lives.
After driving 4 hours to the Sarasota area, Eric met with us to begin the actual work of looking at the houses we had focused on. Eric kept on point during a long and tedious weekend of searching. "We began looking for a home in the Tampa, FL area last summer and actually began our search with another realtor. At the time we were not satisfied with the quality of customer service that was provided to us by the other realtor so and I began another internet search and came across Eric’s name. "We had been contemplating a move from another state for quite awhile before actually getting started. A life changing event, such as that, can be quite trying and very stressful. "This was my second home purchased with the help of Eric White. The market was super competitive the first time I purchased in South Tampa in 2015 and even more competitive and ultra fast paced when purchasing this time around in Lutz in late 2021. Working with Eric you feel like you are his only client as he provides constant availability and tailoring to your needs. Call, text, email response rate is quick, efficient, and provides you with the knowledge you need without having to ask multiple times. Eric was available to us for probably 8 weekends in a row viewing 5-7 properties a weekend from South Tampa all the way up to Starkey Ranch and everywhere in between. It never felt like a hassle or that we were being pressured into choosing more quickly or at the top of our price range, it always felt like a partnership. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very lucky to find Eric. I was buying at a time when houses were selling very quickly after they were listed.
